Responsibilities
- Preparing examination room and equipment
- Explaining procedure to the patient to ensure understanding and comfort
- Operating MRI machine according to established procedures
- Operating within radiologic standards of care
- Taking the necessary steps to avoid undue exposure to radiation
- Opportunity to cross train into other modalities (X-ray, CT)
*** 1 year commitment required for the sign on bonus
Requirements
- Certification and current registration for Registered Technologist (RT) from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Experience in CT and X-ray preferred.
- Graduate of Accredited Imaging School.
- Must have BLS certification
