RESPONSIBILITIES
- As a data driven marketer, you will oversee and execute paid social and programmatic campaigns through execution, optimization and reporting.
- Provide strategic direction to build effective plans and tactics that are being optimized towards relevant objectives and KPIs
- Manage and lead a growing team of digital channel experts while fostering a culture of continuous learning, ensuring direct ream members feel strong leadership support
- Engage with clients to build a strong understanding of their lines of business, marketing objectives and goals with an emphasis on paid social, presenting to clients on a regular basis
- Manage issuance of campaign performance reports and share results across teams to ensure progress
- Ensuring spend forecasting and budgeting for all channel activities are managed effectively and regularly optimized
- Facilitate the development and documentation of standard methodologies for improving operational efficiencies within the team and agency
- Work closely with other internal departments and account teams to develop fully integrated biddable campaigns
- Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail and adherence to best practices throughout the full campaign lifecycle
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree; preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, economics, finance, computer science, mathematics or engineering
- 6+ years relevant digital experience at an agency or client
- Significant client-facing and relationship management experience
- Prior experience managing a team; demonstrating the ability to train and grow junior members, and serving as a coach and mentor
- Ability to provide high- level insights and analysis on all campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics
- Deep understanding of digital media platforms and their ad capabilities
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, delegate and manage time efficiently
- Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and writing skills
- Curious with a passion to stay up to date on digital marketing strategies, best practices, and the digital landscape
- Expert in MS office tools
- Financial Services experience preferred but not required
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
