The position is part-time (Resort Restaurant/Bar open every day with varies shifts)) with competitive pay.

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Teamwork and Customer service, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining the bar area, and providing outstanding service in a fast-paced Resort environment.

Responsibilities:

Ensure each guest is greeted promptly, courteously and enthusiastically with eye contact and a smile.
Provide excellent knowledge of all available menu options, beverage lists and promotional specials.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in accordance with standard recipes.
Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization of the bar and storage areas, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately for processing orders and payments.
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, including banquets or special events.
Follow all safety regulations and responsible serving policies to promote safe drinking practices.

Requirements

Requirements:

1-2 years previous experience in bartending in a resort, restaurant and hospitality industry is preferred.
Positive attitude and a sincere willingness to provide excellent service to guests, visitors and peers.
Thrive working in a fast paced and energetic environment.
Treat organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions while maintaining attention to detail.
