Job Responsibilities 

• Assist in accurately troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing equipment 
• Perform plumbing installations for residential projects, including water lines, drain systems, fixtures, water heaters, and more 
• Present tailored solutions that align with each customer’s needs 
• Deliver 5-star service while maintaining a professional, courteous, and authentic demeanor 
• Maintain consistent and clear communication with team members 
• Participate in ongoing training to support professional growth and skill development 
• Keep company vehicle clean and organized, both inside and out 
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Other duties as assigned
   

Pay and Benefits 

• Pay: Potential earnings $70,000 - $120,000/annually (eligible for overtime for over 40 hours/week)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday

Requirements

• 3+ years of residential service plumbing required
• 1-2+ years of sales experience required
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record 
• Must be able to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more, on an occasional basis, in compliance with OSHA manual handling guidelines.
• Regularly required to perform physically demanding tasks, including working in confined spaces, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and bending.
• Everyone is required to submit a pre-employment background check prior to start date
