Responsibilities

· Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.

· Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.

· Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, alignment, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.

· Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.

· Efficiently and accurately complete Mercedes-Benz Service checklists.

· Ensure all work is performed in accordance with Mercedes-Benz’s standards and guidelines.

· Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

· Previous automotive service experience required, must be Mercedes-Benz Technician Certified.
