Position Summary:
The Director of Operations is focused on the organization and delivery of resources for the clinical practice to meet the needs of the medical staff, support staff, and patients. Responsibilities include financial management, clinical operations, human resource management, and support of the revenue cycle in accordance with group policies and procedures, regulatory guidelines, and statutes. The position will oversee multiple specialties, with the primary department being Plastic Surgery.

Requirements
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, health care administration, or related field is required. A master's degree in health care administration, business, or related field is preferred.
5-7 years of progressive experience in a medical group practice environment. Experience in a surgical physician practice is preferred.
At least 3 years of direct management responsibility in a clinical setting, including operational, budgetary responsibility. Management experience in an academic medical center practice is preferred.
