Position Overview
Echoing Hills is seeking a Systems Analyst to support and maintain the technology systems that power our Ministry. This role is ideal for an IT professional who enjoys troubleshooting, supporting users, and working across a variety of technologies.
You will provide hands-on technical support, manage helpdesk tickets, configure systems and devices, and help ensure reliable technology operations across multiple locations. If you enjoy solving problems, helping people, and working in a mission-driven organization, we would love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Provide IT support for staff by troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues.
- Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets while ensuring timely service and issue resolution.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, tablets, laptops, and other devices.
- Support Microsoft environments, servers, printers, Apple devices, firewalls, and VOIP systems.
- Perform system updates, patching, account management, and application support.
- Assist with testing and deployment of new software and technology solutions.
- Maintain and troubleshoot network-connected devices across multiple facilities.
- Collaborate with the IT Director and team members to improve system performance and reliability.
Work Environment
- Primarily based at the Corporate Office with occasional travel to regional locations.
- Typical daytime schedule with occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call needs.
- Ability to lift and move technology equipment up to 50 pounds.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of IT support, helpdesk, or systems support experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and user support.
- Experience with Microsoft environments, desktops, servers, or network devices preferred.
- Healthcare or nonprofit IT experience is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional travel between locations.
- CPR and First Aid certification required within 90 days of hire.
- Commitment to supporting the mission and values of Echoing Hills.
