Experience & Key Responsibilities:
- Assist oral surgeons during surgical procedures and patient exams
- Prepare and break down surgical rooms, instruments, and materials
- Support patient care before, during, and after surgery
- Take and process dental X-rays or imaging as directed
- Maintain strict infection control, sterilization, and OSHA compliance
- Provide compassionate patient support and clear post-operative instructions
- Accurately document clinical notes and maintain patient records
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements
- Previous dental assisting experience required; oral surgery experience preferred
- Knowledge of dental and surgical instruments and safety protocols
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical/surgical environment
- Strong communication skills and professional, patient-centered demeanor
- CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
