Description
AdvancedPCB is one of the largest U.S.-based PCB manufacturing organizations in the country, and our continued growth and five-year strategic plan reflect strong momentum and ongoing investment in people, plants, and equipment. As part of this growth, AdvancedPCB is expanding its Global service offering and is seeking a Director of Sales to lead growth in offshore manufacturing services to domestic OEMs.
This role is a unique opportunity for a senior business development leader to scale an established global program that enables customers to leverage overseas manufacturing benefits with reduced risk, full transparency, and a single point of accountability.

Role Summary –
Strategic Growth & Business Development
· This is a pure sales role chartered at winning/scaling new business to fuel next levels of growth for APCB Global Services. This is geared towards commercial business. ITAR business is not in scope.
· Define and execute a growth strategy to expand and scale adoption of AdvancedPCB’s Global Solutions. This means representing/selling offshore manufacturing to domestic OEMs.
· Drive measurable growth in (Global) division revenue and number of customers.
· Work with Marketing to identify buying behavior triggers, customer personas, and customer lifecycle stages where Global Solutions delivers the greatest value.
· Work cross-functionally with Global Solutions department, and ops. for seamless execution.
Customer Engagement
· Build trusted relationships with customers focused on production & cost optimization, risk mitigation, & global scaling strategies.
· Engage with offshore manufacturing partners to ensure alignment, performance, & customer confidence.
Process, Performance & Continuous Improvement
· Establish metrics and reporting to track customer adoption, revenue growth, & program performance.
· Use customer feedback, market trends, and program data to continuously refine the company’s Global Solutions strategy.
· Lead development of repeatable processes and best practices that enable scalable global growth.
· Work in conjunction with internal Global team members for support on program management execution.
Reporting Structure
· Director of Sales – Offshore Manufacturing will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.
Requirements
Requirements
· Location is flexible and open within the United States.
· Business or technical degree.
· Minimum of 7 years’ experience in business development, sales leadership, or commercial strategy. Experience in Printed Circuit Manufacturing, EMS, or related electronics industries encouraged.
· Demonstrated experience in global manufacturing, offshore supply chain and 3PL programs.
· Proven ability to drive customer adoption of complex service offerings across multiple regions.
· Ability to effectively communicate, written and verbal, across cultures, regions, and internal teams.
· Ability to travel domestically as required to support global programs (up to 30%)
· Goal-oriented, self-motivated and disciplined work ethic.
· Strong organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
