Ultimate Responsibility: To develop a relationship with prospective residents and their families focused on education and empathy to attract and move in new residents who are well fit for our community.


Other primary responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the overall management of the prospective resident marketing pipeline and move in process, guiding prospects and their families through their emotional journey into our community
  • Tracking all activity in WelcomeHome CRM, a digital customer relationship management platform designed for the senior living industry
  • Open to coaching and growth in creating meaningful relationship with prospective residents and their families
  • Assist in developing and executing thoughtful and creative marketing strategies to target prospective residents and their families, generating new leads
  • Professionally and confidently represent Tenfold and our brand to the larger community, including outreach to referral sources, medical providers, support groups and local government officials
  • Assist in managing the move in process for all new residents, including gathering required information and forms and preparing the residency agreement and move in signing package
  • Support residents during their move in and nesting, including facilitating introductions to key team members and resident ambassadors


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or higher, strongly preferred
  • 2+years of experience in a direct-to-consumer relationship marketing role
  • Strong technology skills and competence
  • Experience or interest in interacting with and deeply relating to seniors
  • Meets all applicable licensing and background requirements to work in a licensed RCFE
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work Tuesday - Saturday, required.
