About the Role

The Onboarding Advocate is an Onboarding role that provides U.S. based onboarding assistance to our candidates across all markets and all verticals to improve the overall candidate experience. Serving as liaisons with the offshore Onboarding Coordinators, recruiters & consultants to ensure the timely completion of tasks in order to avoid delays in starts and ensure timely communication to the Field teams regarding onboarding status.  


Making an Impact
•    Manage status updates and keep track of all candidates in one place using an established field-based onboarding tracker.
•    Ensure smooth transition for the contractor during the project lifecycle.  
•    Ensure timelines and client requirements are met for a successful start.
•    Provide updates to the Recruiters regarding progress, confirm with recruiters when contractors are ready to begin their assignments
•    Enter new hire data into back-office systems for payroll setup.
•    Establish C2C vendor setup file for the back office and ensure the subcontractor has a confirmed agreement and is onboarded to client requirements.
•    Support client with employment audits, supporting documentation and other information as requested.
•    Provide employment documentation in client’s VMS as required.
•    Prioritize consultant contact based on start date
•    Initiate the Day 2 phone call to the candidate to ensure:
     o    Receipt of the Welcome email
     o    Candidate has initiated the onboarding process
     o    Reinforce the importance of completing all tasks as quickly as possible
•    Provide contact information for continued assistance throughout the onboarding process.

Your Typical Day    
•    Monitor consultant movement through onboarding daily 
     o    Review Onboarding365 tasks 
     o    Liaison with the TCS Onboarding Coordinator and the Tempe supervisors regarding updates
     o    Conduct Video call with consultants and completed Section 2 of I9
•    Attend weekly update meetings with the TCS and Tempe Onboarding/Background & Drug teams
•    Provide feedback regarding any observations of ongoing issues
•    Continue to define best practices and responsibilities of the Operations Onboarding Advocate role
•    Conduct offboarding activities
•    Connect contractors with other internal support teams as needed (i.e. immigration, Experis Care, etc.)
Other accountabilities as assigned



Required
•    2-3 years successful experience in a service-related role, human resources or staffing industry

Nice to Have
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or other business-related area preferred
