Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. WE LOVE OUR WORK.

The host/hostess Greets and seats guests at tables, answers general guest questions about the property and guest services and maintains complete knowledge of table/seat/station numbers, hours of operations, and proper table set-up.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES 

- Remains current with restaurant beer, cocktail, and food menus

- Keeps entry area and host stand clean and organized

- Keeps host area well stocked with necessary equipment, forms, and supplies

- Works in cooperation with other team members to provide a high quality of service

- Assists as required in table maintenance and cleans when necessary

- Observes and adheres to Health Department regulations regarding food handling, storage, and cleanliness of work environment

- Completes opening, closing, and other side duties as assigned

- Attends departmental and company meetings/trainings as required

- Maintains a clean workstation in accordance with established health and safety guidelines

- Performs all job functions in conjunction with the guidelines described in the Department Standard Operating Procedures Manual

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

- Must be 21 years of age

- High school completion or equivalent required 

- One year of high-volume Host/Cashier experience required

- Ability to maintain HCA identified responsible alcohol service certification

- Must have excellent guest service/communication skill
