Job Title: Specialist Family Medicine (Family Doctor)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Family Doctor (Specialist in Family Medicine) to join our multidisciplinary medical center. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients of all ages — from newborns to elderly patients — with a strong emphasis on preventive and long-term care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for adults, children, and elderly patients

• Conduct routine check-ups, newborn and pediatric assessments

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

• Perform preventive health screenings and vaccination programs

• Manage chronic diseases (diabetes, hypertension, asthma, etc.)

• Provide women's health services and lifestyle counseling

• Develop individualized treatment plans

• Refer patients to specialists when required

• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with DHA regulations

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Requirements

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent)

• Completion of accredited Family Medicine Residency Program

• Valid DHA License as Specialist Family Medicine (mandatory)

• Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience (UAE experience preferred)

• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills

• Professional, ethical, and patient-centered approach
