Our staffing agency is recruiting on behalf of multiple clients for an Affiliate Outreach Specialist / Recruiter to grow and manage affiliate networks. The ideal candidate will identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliates and partners while building strong relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and recruit new affiliates, influencers, and strategic partners for client programs.
- Conduct outreach via email, phone, social media, and networking events.
- Onboard new affiliates, providing guidance on program rules, tracking, and best practices.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates to ensure active participation.
- Monitor affiliate performance, engagement, and compliance with program guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing and account teams to optimize campaigns and promotions.
- Track outreach efforts, report results, and recommend strategies to improve recruitment.
- Stay up-to-date on affiliate marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner outreach, sales, or recruiting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, CJ Affiliate, ShareASale, Impact, Rakuten) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple outreach campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRM or outreach tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.) is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
