- Provide routine direct nursing support to residential group homes in Southeastern Massachusetts (Attleboro, North Attleboro, Easton, North Dighton, and Taunton)
- Responsible for monitoring medication administration, and on-going health status of program clients
- Ensure that programs are compliant with State and Federal regulations regarding health and safety
- Communicate healthcare information to families and/or residential providers
- Under the supervision of the RN, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate healthcare services related to individual needs
- Assist and train staff in medical knowledge and medication audits
Education, Experience and Special Skills:
- Valid Massachusetts LPN licensure
- One year experience working with persons with developmental disabilities in residential setting preferred
- CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred, but we can assist in getting certified if needed)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software preferred
- Familiarity of MAP certification & Safety Care Certification is preferred (training will be provided if needed)
