This role allows you to work in the vibrant city of Sofia, with fully paid relocation included. Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with Swedish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat, addressing their inquiries and providing suitable solutions.
  • Assist with a variety of tasks related to customer service or administration, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Document client interactions and maintain accurate records within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients and optimize operational processes.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Contribute to team efforts to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an added advantage.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to multitask and manage inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for documenting interactions accurately.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and standard office software.
  • Enthusiasm for cultural exchange and a willingness to embrace the lifestyle in Bulgaria.
  • Willingness to relocate to Sofia, with all relocation costs fully covered.
