About the Role

Description

The BAD Bakery Team meber will prepare fillings, toppings, and beverages for service as well as assemble orders, warmly greet customers, use the cash register to check out the customers. 

Essential Job Functions

  • Arrive to work in a timely manner and be ready for the shift on time
  • Efficiently follow provided recipes to the specifications of the manager 
  • Read incoming tickets during service and fulfill the orders in a timely manner. 
  • Ensure that the BAD counter is stocked for service with freshly whipped frostings and toppings. 
  • Professionally communicate with customers during service and fulfill the orders in a timely manner. 
  • Keep track of inventory levels and communicate with the Manager to ensure timely restocking.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Uphold quality standards in food preparation and presentation.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.


Requirements

  • Capability to lift and carry weights up to 50 lbs, 
  • Possession of reliable transportation to ensure punctuality for shifts, reflecting commitment and dependability.

  • Quickly analyze situations, identify challenges, and implement effective solutions to ensure smooth production processes.
  • Ensure high-quality standards in production processes and final products, implementing and maintaining quality control measures.
  • Make informed and timely decisions based on a combination of analysis, experience, and sound judgment.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall production processes.
  • Effectively manage and control inventory levels to meet production demands while minimizing waste.

Physical Requirements

This team member position is a physically demanding position. The employee with be on their feet for most of the shift and are expected to left heavy objects.
