RESPONSIBILITIES
Translates detailed design into computer software. Performs software programming, integration, and programmatic technical support for the customer.
Designs and builds web applications.
Tests, debugs, and refines computer software to generate the required enhancements and system components.
Work with and integrate developed programs into an enterprise environment, utilizing SAML/OAUTH, Zero Trust, and Active Directory with various IDP providers.
Design software tools that include system calls to other third-party tools and utilities specified by the customer.
Customize and adapt third party applications and code to meet operational, administrative, and analytic requirements in coordination with other Developers, Engineers, and Administrators.
Support the unit with other duties as assigned within the scope of work.
Prepares program-level and user-level technical documentation.
Enhances software and database queries to reduce operating time or improve efficiency.
May provide technical direction to programmers to ensure program deadlines are met.
Updates legacy computer software and web applications to meet cybersecurity and end-user requirements.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Active Top-Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
8 years or more of technical experience as an applications programmer on computer and database management systems.
Must have 5 or more years of experience with web application development (JavaScript is preferred).
Windows based OW (Windows 10 and higher preferred)
Microsoft Visual Studio (2019 version or higher)

Familiar with SAML/OAUTH authentication models utilizing various IDP providers (i.e. ADFS, SAML aware applications).
Proficient with JavaScript (i.e. Node, Sencha, JQuery).
Familiarity integrating front-end applications with MySQL (i.e. stored procedures, triggers, CRUD).
Possess full-stack development capabilities.
Experience in development and deployment of docker containers
