Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Travel Reservation Consultant to support clients with planning and booking travel experiences. This remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, managing reservations, and delivering excellent customer service in a flexible, work-from-home environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with travel inquiries and reservation requests
  

• Book and manage flights, accommodations, cruises, and vacation packages
  

• Provide accurate quotes, confirmations, and travel documentation
  

• Maintain organized and up-to-date client records
  

• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and online systems
  

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
