Job Title: Orchard House Server (Full-Time)

Location: Sunset, SC


Job Summary

The Orchard House Server upholds The Reserve at Lake Keowee’s mission, values, and service standards, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for members and guests. This role involves coordinating service stations, communicating with front and back-of-house staff, and providing expert knowledge of menu offerings.


Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests, inform them of specials, and provide knowledgeable menu recommendations.

• Communicate with hosts, kitchen staff, and bartenders to ensure seamless service.

• Serve courses promptly with proper presentation.

• Monitor guest satisfaction, fulfill additional requests, and clear tables as needed.

• Process payments and ensure accurate billing.

• Complete all opening, closing, daily, and weekly checklists.

• Assist with banquet and event functions as needed.

Qualifications & Competencies• Strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and pairings.• Willingness to undergo additional training and pass food & beverage tests.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.• Strong attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment• Must be able to stand and move quickly for up to 6 hours.• Ability to lift trays (up to 45 lbs), furniture, and banquet equipment.• Exposure to cleaning chemicals and occasional outdoor conditions.

**Pay is $15 per hour plus tips**

Requirements:

Additional InformationExperience: some experience preferred.

Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.

Background Check: Required.

Transportation: Must have reliable transportation.

Travel: None required.

Other Duties: May assist kitchen staff with prep and work banquets as needed.
