About the Role
<div>On behalf of one of our clients, we are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Finance Director to join a leading Events Management Company based in Riyadh.<br><br>Role Overview:<br>The Finance Director will lead the finance function of the Events Management Company, providing strategic financial guidance and ensuring robust financial management across all operations. This role reports directly to the CEO and works closely with department heads to support business growth and operational efficiency in the events sector.</div><div><br>Key Responsibilities:<br>- Lead the finance team and oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the events business.<br>- Develop financial strategies aligned with the company’s short- and long-term objectives.<br>- Monitor and optimize cash flow, working capital, and financial performance.<br>- Ensure compliance with local regulations, taxation, and financial reporting standards.<br>- Provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions and strategic initiatives for events planning, execution, and management.<br>- Drive process improvements and implement financial systems for efficiency and accuracy.<br>- Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders as required.</div><div><br></div><div>Requirements &amp; Qualifications:<br>- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA/CMA preferred).<br>- Minimum 10 years of senior finance experience, preferably in events management sector.<br>- Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia financial regulations and compliance.<br>- Proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.<br>- Experience leading finance teams and implementing financial systems and controls.<br>- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.<br>- High integrity, professional ethics, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.</div>
