We’re looking for an ambitious, talented and experienced CRM Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing gaming company and make a significant impact on the industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns to engage players across Email, Push notifications, and other relevant channels.
- Design and implement personalized customer journeys that effectively communicate with players at different stages of the player lifecycle, supporting overall business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Monetization, Design, Operations and Analytics, create and execute impactful campaigns.
- Measure, monitor, and analyze the performance of CRM campaigns and customer journeys, incorporating A/B testing and working closely with the data team to derive actionable insights and optimize strategies.
- Oversee the creation of creative assets, from writing compelling copy to partnering with the art team on visual elements, ensuring a cohesive and engaging message.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging standards, and competitor strategies to continuously refine and innovate our CRM approach.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of proven experience in CRM Marketing, preferably within the gaming or entertainment industry.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and an ability to translate business goals into effective marketing strategies.
- Self-starter and quick learner with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Data-driven and analytical, comfortable working with numbers, reports, and campaign performance metrics.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
