Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our service team in a full-time role. This position is ideal for a technician who takes pride in accurate diagnostics, high-quality repairs, and delivering reliable work for every customer. A Virginia State Inspection license is a plus but not required.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Hands-on experience working on Honda or Acura vehicles (preferred)

Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on customer vehicles.
- Complete work according to manufacturer standards and flat-rate guidelines.
- Communicate clearly with service advisors to ensure efficient repair workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Stay current with automotive technology, training, and manufacturer updates.
- Test-drive vehicles to verify repairs.
- Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic abilities.
- Proficiency in performing advanced repairs and maintenance.
- Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Ability to use OEM scan tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Professional communication and teamwork skills.
- State Inspector license a plus.
- Honda or Acura experience preferred.
Certifications & Licenses
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Automotive certifications (ASE or manufacturer-specific) preferred.
- Honda or Acura certifications/experience preferred.
- State Inspection license (optional but beneficial).
