This role serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, aligning talent strategies with business goals while fostering a positive, inclusive, and growth-focused environment. You’ll bring an organizational development mindset, strong judgment, and a servant leadership approach to support engagement, performance, and change across the organization.

What You’ll Do

Partner with Leaders

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, aligning HR strategies with business priorities.
  • Coach managers on performance management, team dynamics, employee development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Guide leaders in building inclusive, high-performing teams rooted in accountability, recognition, and growth.

Enhance the Employee Experience

  • Champion a positive and respectful workplace that reinforces psychological safety, inclusion, and engagement.
  • Gather employee insights through formal and informal feedback channels and partner with leaders to address opportunities for improvement.
  • Support employees in navigating career development, internal mobility, and growth opportunities.

Develop Talent and Strengthen Teams

  • Partner with leaders on talent reviews and succession planning using workforce insights and employee development goals.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to assess staffing needs and ensure thoughtful, equitable hiring practices.
  • Support managers in performance and compensation processes to ensure fairness and alignment with company philosophy.

Navigate Employee Relations

  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters while reinforcing consistent policy application and accountability.
  • Serve as a resource to help employees and leaders understand company policies, programs, and benefits.
  • Maintain confidentiality and sound judgment when managing sensitive situations.

Support Organizational Change

  • Partner with leaders to plan and implement change initiatives that support organizational growth.
  • Provide tools and frameworks that strengthen leadership capability in managing change.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to ensure cohesive and effective HR support across the organization.

What You Bring

  • A strong commitment to serving others and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Deep knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and HR best practices.
  • Ability to balance employee advocacy with business needs while guiding leaders toward thoughtful, sustainable decisions.
  • High level of confidentiality, discretion, and sound judgment.

Education & Experience

Typical requirements include a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field with 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or the equivalent combination of education and experience. PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

This position will require the successful completion of a standard background check in accordance with Restek policy. Employment with Restek will require successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen.
