We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Express Service Advisor to join our growing team.


POSITION OVERVIEW:
As an Express Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers utilizing our express maintenance services. Your role is to ensure customers receive prompt, friendly, and accurate service while coordinating with our express technicians to meet their vehicle maintenance needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet customers promptly and in a friendly manner upon arrival.
  • Consult with customers on their vehicle’s express service needs (oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, etc.).
  • Clearly explain recommended maintenance services and estimated costs.
  • Keep customers informed on service progress and ensure timely vehicle completion.
  • Work closely with express technicians to maintain an efficient workflow.
  • Ensure all services are completed to dealership and manufacturer standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience, addressing any concerns professionally.
  • Assist with appointment scheduling and service follow-ups as needed.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a service advisor or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of automotive maintenance services is a plus.
  • Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience with dealership CDK service software is a bonus.
  • Applicants must have a valid driver's license and must complete the pre-employment screening.
