Description:

  • Welcome residents and their families, providing information about the community and answering any questions they may have.
  • Assist residents with their daily needs such as scheduling appointments, coordinating transportation, and making reservations.
  • Keep the front desk area organized and well-maintained
  • Receive and direct all incoming calls and visitors.
  • Maintain knowledge of the community and its services to effectively communicate with residents and their families.
  • Build strong relationships with residents and their families to provide personalized service.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure that the community is a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for all residents.


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required. 
  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
