This includes creating insightful reports, supporting Marketing Mix Modeling projects, and communicating findings to stakeholders.

Analyst, Business Analytics
General Objective of the Position
The Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Marketing Science Team across multiple workstreams. This includes:
•Developing and managing reporting solutions.
•Performing quality assurance checks on data.
•Cleansing and manipulating large datasets.
•Creating/Supporting insightful reports and actionable analyses aligned with measurement strategies.
•Supporting Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) projects.
•Communicating findings with internal and external stakeholders.
•Supporting other ad hoc projects as needed.
Profile Requirements
Hard Skills
Media Data Expertise: Familiarity with digital media data, including media metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPV, VCR, etc.).
Excel: Intermediate to advanced (pivot tables, lookups, logical formulas, basic automation/macros a plus).
PowerPoint: Intermediate (building clear, concise, and visually appealing presentations).
Data Visualization: Experience with data connections, dashboard building, calculated fields, and insights generation.
Data Handling: Ability to clean, manipulate, and QA datasets for accuracy.
Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Soft Skills
•Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
•Comfortable communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
•Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Nice to Have Skills
•Presenting reports/results to client.
•SQL, R, Python skills to extract and clean data.
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
