Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues, including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical systems

- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid replacements

- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify problems accurately and efficiently

- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs, costs, and timelines

- Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used

- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications

- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an automotive service technician or mechanic

- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagnostic equipment

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Valid driver’s license and relevant ASE certifications preferred

- Good communication skills and customer service orientation

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Audi Palo Alto is looking for an experienced European automotive technician with strong Audi diagnostic ability and the skill to handle complex repairs.

What You’ll Work On

• Advanced diagnostics on Audi vehicles
• Engine, transmission, and major component repairs
• Electrical and drivability troubleshooting
• Warranty and customer-pay repairs performed to manufacturer standards
• Multi-point inspections with accurate documentation
• Collaboration with service advisors on repair recommendations
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working on Audi vehicles
• Strong diagnostic ability
• Ability to perform heavy-line repairs including engine and drivetrain work
• EV certification a plus
• Dealership experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Professional work habits and strong attention to detail
