Caladwich is seeking a motivated Supply Technician / Property Book Manager to provide logistics and property accountability support to the Government Accountable Property Officer (APO). The Supply Technician supports Army Reserve maintenance and logistics operations by managing property book activities, coordinating supply operations, and ensuring accurate accountability of equipment and materials.

Core Responsibilities-
· Maintain and manage property book records in support of the Accountable Property Officer (APO), ensuring accurate accountability of organizational equipment, vehicles, tools, and sensitive items.
· Perform supply and logistics operations including cataloging, receiving, storage, issue, and inventory management in accordance with Army supply policies and established procedures.
· Utilize Standard Army Management Information Systems (STAMIS) or other approved logistics systems to update property transactions, maintain records, and track equipment status and location.
· Coordinate property requirements including equipment, materials, manpower, facilities, and services to ensure logistical support is available to meet mission and training requirements.
· Conduct and support inventories, adjustments, and document control, ensuring records are accurate and discrepancies are identified and reported to the APO for resolution.
· Assist in planning and scheduling supply support activities, coordinating with maintenance personnel, supervisors, and Government representatives to ensure timely equipment availability and accountability.
· Maintain supply documentation and audit readiness, ensuring records comply with Army regulations and contract requirements while supporting inspections and reviews.
· Support overall logistics readiness by coordinating with maintenance operations, transportation, and logistics analysts to ensure proper equipment accountability and supply availability.
Requirements
Requirements for Candidate:
· Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of experience in supply management, property accountability, logistics operations, or military supply systems.
· Demonstrated knowledge of Army property accountability procedures, supply regulations, and inventory management processes (such as AR 710-2, AR 735-5, or equivalent).
· Experience using Army logistics or property accountability systems (e.g., GCSS-Army, PBUSE, or other STAMIS platforms) or equivalent automated supply systems.
· Knowledge of stock control, warehouse operations, document control, and supply issue/receiving procedures.
· Ability to coordinate logistics requirements and analyze supply data to support operational readiness and equipment accountability.
· Strong organizational, analytical, and recordkeeping skills with the ability to maintain accurate documentation and reports.
· Ability to obtain and maintain installation access, background checks, and Common Access Card (CAC) eligibility as required by the contract.
· Effective written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with Government personnel, maintenance staff, and logistics teams.
