The Role
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
The Marketing Manager will be a key implementer of the marketing strategy, working under the direction of the Director of Marketing and Customer Success . This role is responsible for the hands-on execution of campaigns, operational management of the marketing tech stack, and providing direct support for CS, sales, and partner organizations. The Marketing Manager will work closely with Sales, Customer Experience, and Customer Success to ensure smooth execution of all marketing initiatives and will be accountable for the detailed, day-to-day work that drives measurable results.

Marketing Execution & Demand Generation
- Execute tactical marketing plans and activities across various channels (digital, content, partner) to support business and revenue goals.
- Manage the deployment of specific demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, social media posts, and advertising placements.
- Monitor and maintain live campaign performance to ensure smooth delivery and accurate tracking.
Marketing Operations
- Manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the marketing technology stack, including the CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Ensure data integrity and accurate segmentation within marketing systems.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and service providers for the timely execution of marketing deliverables.
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of the digital asset management system.
Sales Enablement
- Create, maintain, and update sales enablement materials and tools (presentations, one-pagers, case studies) for the Regional Account Managers (RAMs).
- Ensure all marketing collateral adheres to current brand messaging and supports the sales process effectively.
Partner Marketing & Events
- Assist the Director in the execution of co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners.
- Manage and coordinate all logistical aspects of Taranis's presence at industry trade shows and field events, including vendor management, material preparation, and on-site support.
Content & Brand
- Perform content editing, formatting, and optimization for marketing assets, including website landing pages, blog posts, and collateral.
- Ensure strict adherence to consistent messaging and brand guidelines across all deployed materials.
Analytics & Reporting
- Generate standard marketing performance and campaign results reports using analytics tools.
- Distribute reports and assist the Director of Marketing with the preliminary analysis of campaign data to identify areas for optimization.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably within AgTech, agriculture, or agricultural services companies.
- Proven ability to execute tactical marketing plans and campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of B2B marketing initiatives and how they tie to pipeline and revenue generation.
- Strong practical understanding of digital marketing principles, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), SEO, and online campaigns.
- Experience coordinating with marketing vendors, agencies, and managing marketing technology platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high sense of ownership and accountability for execution.
