About the Role

Description

We are looking for someone who is flexible and willing to work mornings and weekends. Shifts start as early as 4am.

Your goal is to provide exceptional service to all guests at all time. Often the first and last person a guest sees while staying on property.


Essential Functions:

  • Greet guests in a friendly manner and offer assistance with luggage
  • Operate the courtesy shuttle
  • Baggage handling
  • Handling incoming and outgoing packages
  • Stock Gift/Market Shop
  • Keep Bell Stand, front entrance, office trash and debris free
  • Be knowledgeable of local attractions and restaurants and make recommendations to guests
  • Accurately communicate with other shifts regarding issues arising from day to day operations
  • Complete any tasks your supervisor/manager instructs you to complete.
  • Daily Shuttle Inspection

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Full-Time and Part-time positions available. Flex scheduled days, weekends, and some Holidays as needed


Requirements

Required Education and Experience

High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Valid Drivers License
  • Good driving record
  • Minimum age = 21
  • Must be able to lift 20 pounds on a consistent basis
  • Flexibility in work shifts
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Read and speak English
  • Ability to follow instructions
