To ensure guests have an enjoyable and flawless dining experience by providing quality and friendly customer service
Essential Functions:

- Assess guest’s needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Interact with guests, take orders and serve meals and drinks.
- Remove used dinnerware from the table in a timely manner.
- Check identification to verify patron meets legal drinking age requirement.
- Restock and replenish inventory and supplies.
- Comply with all food & beverage regulations and brand standards.
- Accurately report tips and gratuities at the end of every shift.
- Complete any tasks your supervisor/manager instructs you to complete.

Requirements
Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- One year of serving experience preferred
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Detailed oriented
- Relevant training certificate
- ServSafe Food Handling Certification (preferred)
- ServSafe Alcohol Handling Certificate (preferred)
Work Authorization/Security Clearance (if applicable)
Must be authorized to work in the United States of America.
