Looking for a fun and fast-paced summer job outside of the office? Frank Beverage Group, in Middleton, WI is now hiring for a Special Events Seasonal Summer Helper.  The Special Events Seasonal Helper is responsible for assisting the special events team at events during set up, execution, and tear down.  


Schedule

This is a full-time seasonal position.

The schedule for this position will vary; must be available weekends and nights

Requirements

     

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution.
  • Communicate promptly with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns.
  • Assist with the delivery, setup, and teardown of event materials and equipment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support event operations.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; Able to easily build rapport with others.
  • Ability to read and write in English.
  • Basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or  equivalent (G.E.D.) required.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation.
