About the Role

Description

We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist to lead content capture and creation with a deep pulse on culture, content, and community and a passion for wellness, fitness and food. This role will support both our PURALIMA and CRISP & GREEN® brands on a mission to make healthy living accessible and craveable. This person will partner with our Social Media Strategist to bring both brands to life through thumb-stopping, shareable content that resonates with our digitally native, wellness-driven audience.


Key Responsibilities


PURALIMA

  • Lead the development and execution of PURALIMA’s social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
  • Oversee and manage the content calendar from concept through posting
  • Produce and edit short-form video and photo content optimized for social media

CRISP & GREEN

  • Partner with the Social Media Strategist to build and manage the content 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, digital, and field marketing teams to bring campaigns to life in culturally relevant ways
  • Support influencer efforts including brief building, relationship facilitation and sourcing.
  • Lead community management, including but not limited to follower engagement, reposting, social listening, CX, etc.
  • Serve as the voice of the brand online engaging with our community, responding to DMs/comments, and nurturing relationships with brand fans
  • Analyze performance across platforms and apply insights to evolve content direction, grow reach, and deepen engagement
  • Identify trends, creators, and cultural moments to inform real-time social activations and always-on content
  • Maintain brand consistency across social storytelling, visual assets, and tone

Who You Are

  • A strategic thinker and creative executor who thrives in fast-paced environments
  • A storyteller with a strong visual eye and understanding of what stops the scroll
  • Fluent in social platform nuances and trends, especially on TikTok and Instagram
  • Comfortable being behind the camera (and occasionally in front of it if needed)
  • Passionate about wellness, fitness, and food


Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of experience supporting social media strategy and content creation for a national lifestyle, fitness, wellness, or premium restaurant brand
  • A strong portfolio or social handle that showcases your creative skill set, ability to build a brand and grow a community
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and mobile editing tools like CapCut or InShot
  • Experience working with influencers or creators
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as the role requires
  • Understanding of wellness/fitness trends and the ability to integrate into CRISP & GREEN branding
