Job Description

确保IT运维、项目、软件、硬件、终端、服务器端、网络正常运行

Ensure the normal operation of IT operations, projects, software, hardware, terminals, server-side, and network.

1.贯彻和执行工厂环境,健康,安全程序和食品安全程序,严格遵守工厂的各项安全管理制度,在工作中确保自身安全,做好电脑设备的防火及防水等安全措施;

Abide by and implement the SHE and food procedures; comply plant SHE regulations and ensure self-safety and take safety precautions against fire and water incidents of equipment.

2.负责公司IT相关硬件设备、软件的安装调试、故障排除,为用户提供技术支持

Responsible for the installation, debugging, and troubleshooting of the company's IT-related hardware and software, and provide technical support to users.

3.负责IT相关的物资采购、合同签订付款、预算管理事宜

Responsible for IT-related procurement, contract signing and payment, and budget management.

4.负责公司基础架构、应用系统、服务器的运维(基础架构、Linkinage、航海家、一卡通、SAP等)

Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the company's infrastructure, application systems, and servers (including infrastructure, Linkinage, Navigator, UWB, SAP, etc.

5.负责记录和处理IT工单系统里的工单需求和变更等

Responsible for recording and handling work order requests and changes in the IT ticketing system.

6.负责IT机房、IT资产管理,配合公司项目实施

Responsible for IT room and IT asset management and assist with company project implementation.

7.完成领导交办的其他事项

Other tasks assigned by the leaders.

Qualifications

教育背景:大学本科或以上;University degree or above. 计算机或相关专业;Major in Computer or other subjects.

工作经历:5年以上相关工作经验,有食用油工厂工作经验优先考虑;Over 5 years of relevant work experience, with experience in an edible oil factory preferred.

能力要求:

  1. 熟悉行业背景和产品知识

Have knowledge of industry background and industry products.

  1. 终端用户支持能力

End-user support capabilities.

  1. 对服务器、网络、网络安全有较好的理解

A good understanding of servers, networks, and network security.

  1. 对ERP及无人值守系统有一定的了解

Have a certain understanding of ERP and unattended systems.

  1. 良好的沟通和协调能力,良好的职业道德,工作积极主动

Good communication and coordination skills, be equipped with professional ethics and be proactive at work.

语言技能:普通话标准,英语四级;Standard Mandarin, CET-4
