As a Head Cook at our new Cronulla restaurant, you’ll be trusted to:

• Lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team from opening day, setting the benchmark for quality, speed and consistency.
• Own food execution in a high-volume environment, ensuring every dish reflects GYG’s commitment to fresh ingredients and bold flavours.
• Play a key role in the restaurant opening journey — supporting recruitment, training and readiness alongside the Restaurant Manager and leadership team.
• Help establish strong routines, systems and standards that set the restaurant up for long-term success.
• Be part of a fast-growing global brand that’s redefining fast food with real ingredients, authentic flavours and a bold vision.
• Take the next step in your career — this role is a launchpad into senior kitchen leadership, Assistant Restaurant Management, Restaurant Management and beyond.
