Job Description
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including requirement alignment with Hiring Managers, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, tracking hiring progress, and supporting the offer and onboarding process.
- Advertising opens jobs to attract candidates from both internal & external.
- Manage and maintain recruitment data within the ATS to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to track hiring performance and support data-driven decisions.
- Contribute to TA process and operational improvement initiatives, including AI-driven recruitment tools and automation projects.
- Proactively build a passive candidate pipeline to enlarge the Talent Pool.
Qualifications
- Around 2 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, preferably within IT or outsourcing environments, with exposure to sourcing both technical and non-technical roles.
- Hands-on experience in candidate sourcing and employer branding across platforms such as LinkedIn, VietnamWorks, ITViec, Facebook, IT communities, and niche talent groups.
- Experience building or maintaining Talent Acquisition dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, PowerBI, or ATS-native reporting tools.
- Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, with the ability to effectively engage candidates and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with mind-mapping tools (e.g., XMind) is a plus.
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a supportive mindset when working with cross-functional teams.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills within the IT talent market.
- Knowledge of digital marketing or PR related to employer branding and recruitment campaigns is a plus.
