Stellenbeschreibung

Als Expert Finance bist du eine zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Accounting, Controlling und den operativen Fachbereichen. Du sorgst für Transparenz, stabile Prozesse und belastbare Entscheidungsgrundlagen.

Deine Aufgaben im Detail:

Du unterstützt aktiv bei der Durchführung des Monatsabschlusses in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen, Buchhaltung, Steuerberatung und Konzerncontrolling
Du verantwortest die Rechnungserstellung sowie das aktive Forderungsmanagement – inklusive Überwachung von Mahnfällen, Pflege, Analyse sowie Abstimmung offener Posten
Du erfasst Abgrenzungsbuchungen und Rückstellungen und stellst eine saubere, periodengerechte Zuordnung sicher
Du erstellst Umsatzmeldungen und besprichst Reportings mit unterschiedlichen internen Stakeholdern
Du wirkst an der Erstellung von Budgets, RFC-Planungen (Quartalsforecast) sowie aktuellen Umsatz-Outlooks mit
Du bringst dich in die Weiterentwicklung von Reporting- und Finanzprozessen ein

Qualifikationen

Das bringst du mit:

•   Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Finance, Accounting, BWL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
•   Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Finance-, Accounting- oder Controlling-Umfeld
•   Praxiserfahrung mit HGB und/oder IFRS sowie Freude daran, Abschlussprozesse strukturiert umzusetzen
•   Strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise und hohe Zahlenaffinität
•   Sicherer Umgang mit Excel sowie erste Erfahrungen mit DATEV Unternehmen Online
•   Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern
•   Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
•   Wohnort Hamburg
