Stellenbeschreibung
- Laufende Prozessoptimierung im Bereich Lackierung und Konservierung
- Durchführung von Ablaufanalysen
- Auslegung und Planung von Betriebsmitteln
- Verbesserung der Arbeitssicherheit
- Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen
- Erstellung und Wartung von Arbeitsplänen
Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Oberflächentechnik, idealerweise mit Meisterqualifikation, oder ein vergleichbares Studium
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Industrial Engineering, Prozessplanung im Kraftfahrzeugbau oder Automotive
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Lackierung und Konservierungsmittel
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Produktionsprozesse und Produktionssysteme (Lean, Poke Yoke, etc.)
- Gute Projektmanagementkenntnisse
- Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office und SAP; AS400-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
Zusätzliche Informationen:
Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position bezogen auf die Erfüllung der angeführten Anforderungen beträgt € 3.802,93 brutto monatlich bezogen auf Vollzeitbeschäftigung (Kollektivvertrag für Fahrzeugindustrie)
