About the Role

Description

Morphe is currently recruiting a Field Sales Account Coordinator to join our growing field team to represent our brand in Ulta stores. As a key member of the Morphe field organization, you will bring strong artistry, sales, and service capabilities with the ability to educate, coach, and influence store teams to sell Morphe through product knowledge, brand voice, artistry application, and promotional priorities.


You will partner closely with the Account Executive to support sales growth across your assigned territory by driving in-store education, selling side-by-side with retail teams, executing events, and maintaining merchandising standards.


In-Store: Sell side-by-side with store teams, lead by example in product demonstrations, sales building, maintaining cleanliness of the gondola, and upholding store standards. Support the execution of successful events, build the sale through make-up application, and strengthen store relationships through consistent communication with Leadership and Selling Teams.


Territory Support: Assist the Account Executive in supporting territory sales goals through store visit follow-up, event recaps, merchandising audits, and sales insights. Communicate store needs, competitive activity, and growth opportunities.


Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills: You work effectively with customers, retail partners, and members of the Morphe field team.

• Excellent artistry skills: You are confident in demonstrating products while selling to customers and coaching retail employees on makeup application and selling techniques.

• Sales-driven mindset: You understand productivity, promotional impact, and door-level performance.

• Relationship builder: You establish trust quickly with store leadership and teams.

• Organized and detail-oriented: You can manage multiple doors and priorities within a fast-paced environment.

• 3+ years of beauty retail experience required; Ulta experience preferred.

• Experience in education, counter management, or similar field role preferred.

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

• Ability to travel and work weekends.

• Valid driver’s license required.

• Support analysis of sales by door and identify opportunities in partnership with the Account Executive.

• Maintain brand merchandising standards and visual excellence.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail partner management teams.

• Execute impactful store events that meet brand standards.

• Support promotional initiatives and product launches.

• Communicate store visit recaps, sales insights, and action plans in a timely manner.

• Follow company guidelines and use company resources responsibly.

• Respond promptly to communication from retail partners and internal team members.
