About the Role

Responsibilities

Serve as a member of the legal team to deliver legal support for the Corporation’s businesses in Hong Kong and internationally
Prepare, review, and organize legal documents, and assist in due diligence processes to help manage legal risks
Conduct legal research and apply legal principles to address practical issues
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support various initiatives, including tender submissions, cross-border transactions, franchise, operation and maintenance and consultancy services
Provide general legal and administrative support, such as attending meetings, liaising with relevant parties, and arranging for execution of legal documents

Requirements

Degree in law or a relevant discipline is preferred
A minimum of 2 years of relevant legal work experience is preferred
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese

Remarks

Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
