This role involves monitoring the renewal of cooperation permits and managing the process for obtaining permits for project withdrawals. The staff member will also act as the communication channel for building maintenance and engagement activities to enhance partner relations.

- Monitor renewal of cooperation permit (renewal of PKS)
- Perform process of obtaining permits for withdrawing regular DCS projects
- Perform communication channel for installation, upgrade and other related maintaince work with the building management & engineering building team.
- Attend regular meetings, events, and engagement activities to enhance partner relations and resolve potential issues proactively.
- Prepare data for regular reports for ensure outlining partnership health, success stories, challenges, and recommendations.
- Report and analyze potential conflicts or risks in partner relationships promptly.
- Act as a point of person in charge for any building relation issues, facilitating timely and effective solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years in a relationship management or partnership development role, ideally within a corporate setting.
- Have experience in Risk Management, Compliance Management, Client Management, and Project Management.
- Willing to Work in Centennial Tower, South Jakarta.
