Experience & Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment according to OSHA and infection control standards.
- Prepare, package, and process instruments through sterilization cycles.
- Maintain sterilization logs and monitor sterilization equipment to ensure proper function.
- Assist the clinical team by preparing and resetting treatment rooms between patients.
- Maintain a clean, organized sterilization area and ensure proper inventory of supplies.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements
- Previous sterilization or dental clinical support experience preferred.
- Knowledge of infection control procedures and sterilization protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset.
