Experience & Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment according to OSHA and infection control standards.
  • Prepare, package, and process instruments through sterilization cycles.
  • Maintain sterilization logs and monitor sterilization equipment to ensure proper function.
  • Assist the clinical team by preparing and resetting treatment rooms between patients.
  • Maintain a clean, organized sterilization area and ensure proper inventory of supplies.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Previous sterilization or dental clinical support experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of infection control procedures and sterilization protocols.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset.
