Merchology seeks a Post - Production Associate. Reporting to the Shipping Supervisor the Shipping Specialist is a critical role to safely and professionally pack orders for shipping, including bulk orders and our curated MerchBox gift kits. This position is a great opportunity to join Merchology during our busiest time of the year!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

A successful Seasonal Shipping Specialist will:

• Work at a standing workstation with ergonomic floor mats for safety and comfort.
• Ability to use cutting tools such as scissors, box cutters, and utility knives, etc.  
• Coordination to appropriately pick and pack product for shipping.
• Read and properly execute sales orders and instructions.
• Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors.
• Maintain the security, cleanliness and organization of their assigned workspace.
• Additional projects or duties as assigned.

Requirements

 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds
• Basic computer skills to read and print work orders as needed
• Ability to differentiate between colors to select proper packing materials for MerchBoxes
• Standing or walking for duration of workshift
• Knowledge of English language to understand safety and training requirements and processing of work orders

• Onsite in our Minnesota facility

First Shift: 6:30 am - 3 pm

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 hr.
