Summary of Job:
Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine tasks such as changing filters and lighting components, troubleshooting septic systems, and conducting painting, drywall and landscaping work.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Regular tasks performed and outcomes to be accomplished on the job. Other duties may be assigned.
· Run air lines and simple electric installation and repair.
· Change ballasts and light bulbs.
· Change oil filters on air compressors.
· Replace filters in air conditioners/heating units.
· Septic system troubleshooting.
· Plumbing- leaks, repairs, plugs, and installations.
· Painting and drywall installation.
· General building maintenance and repair.
· Parking lot repair and maintenance-including asphalt and cement work.
· Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
· Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
· Maintain a professional, clean and safe work area.
· Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements

· High school diploma or GED required; AAS degree in Mechanical preferred.
· High mechanical aptitude.
· Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Working knowledge of computers and internet, programs including Microsoft Excel and Word.
· Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities at once.
