About the Role

Impact Service Group is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our rapidly growing and top-performing vendor management team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting high-volume cold calls, seeking out potential HVAC contractor prospects, and qualifying leads to grow our National vendor base in service our commercial clientele. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has ambitions to grow into a sales or management role.


What We're Looking For:

  • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls, emails, and social media sourcing to potential vendors, introducing service partners and our service opportunities.
  • Identify and qualify vendor prospects, gathering essential information and assessing their needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and activities in a shared drive.
  • Collaborate with the vendor management team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and qualification.
  • Continuously enhance your knowledge of our services and processes to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential vendors to ultimately assist in training them and onboarding them as a contracted vendor.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team targets.

What You Bring:

  • Previous experience in a sales or cold calling role is preferred, but not mandatory. We welcome candidates who are passionate, motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should be able to articulate our basic program information and build rapport with potential vendors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with prospects.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed and grow within the organization.
