2nd Shift: 2pm - 10pm Monday-Friday


Pay:

Starting at $20.00 plus 8% premium ($21.60 p/h)

POLYWOOD® is looking for a Regrind Technician who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and being part of a team that directly supports our sustainability mission. This role is perfect for someone who wants to get paid while learning, values safety and quality, and takes pride in doing meaningful work that supports the bigger picture.


What You’ll Do:

  • Set up and operate regrind equipment to prepare plastic materials for extrusion
  • Regrind scrap plastic to meet quality and production specifications
  • Load and unload materials by hand or with equipment
  • Perform quality checks and accurately document counts and weights
  • Label and tag processed materials
  • Bundle and stack materials, build and repair skids
  • Operate forklifts and assist with material movement
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Complete end-of-shift tasks including fueling and basic equipment upkeep
