Welcome to Love's: The Procurement Supervisor will lead a team responsible for procurement efforts for the company, enabling stakeholder organizations to maximize the value received from strategic suppliers. This role will manage end-to-end procurement workflows in SAP and Ariba, drive supplier integration initiatives, and take ownership of spend analysis and procurement reporting to support data-driven decision-making. This position will ensure compliance, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and continuous improvement in sourcing the goods and services needed to keep company operations running smoothly.
Job Functions:
- Supervise daily procurement activities across SAP and Ariba, including purchase requisition review, PO creation and approval, order tracking, and issue resolution
- Lead supplier onboarding and integration projects within the Ariba Network, collaborating with third party suppliers, IT, Accounting, and internal teams to ensure smooth connectivity and transactional compliance
- Partner with IT, Accounting, and external suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve technical or data-related integration issues in Ariba
- Act as the key system owner for all Ariba modules, providing training and guidance to internal users and suppliers
- Ensure timely creation, tracking, and closure of SAP purchase orders to support uninterrupted operations across all company locations
- Monitor supplier performance, contract compliance, product standardization, and product availability, escalating and resolving supply chain disruptions swiftly
- Perform spend analysis, supplier consolidation reviews, and PO trend tracking to identify cost-saving opportunities, compliance gaps, and process improvements
- Provide training and support to internal users and suppliers on SAP and Ariba procurement processes
- Manage and lead the competency development of procurement staff, including training and knowledge management capabilities. Cast a positive Leadership Shadow for the company.

Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or a business-related field required
- Strong working knowledge of SAP and Ariba, including hands-on experience with Ariba supplier enablement and PO processing
- Skilled in Excel, reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar), and procurement analytics
- Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail and process integrity
- Strong negotiation, supplier relationship management, and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Proven supervisory or team lead experience in a procurement or supply chain environment
Skills and Physical Demands:
- Hard skills: Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required, experience with large scale accounting systems strongly preferred
- Soft Skills: Ability to learn new software applications and computer programs; ability to type efficiently and accurately; comfortable handling multiple interruptions and adjusting priorities throughout the workday while meeting deadlines; ability to communicate effectively (both orally and in writing) with diverse individuals and to consistently handle interpersonal situations in a professional and respectful manner; excellent memory and organizational ability, and sufficient arithmetic skills to perform routine accounting and mathematical computations.
