POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Application Administrator is a critical technical role responsible for the expert-level configuration, maintenance, and lifecycle management of complex enterprise software.
You will serve as the bridge between complex technical systems and end-user success, ensuring performance standards are met in a highly regulated environment.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide high-level technical support for complex application issues; perform root-cause analysis and execute timely resolutions
- Proactively monitor application performance, manage system patches, and execute configuration updates to ensure stability
- Plan and lead end-to-end application deployments and upgrades. Define project scope, set milestones, and ensure deadlines are met through effective governance
- Collaborate on new software implementations and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure seamless transitions
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal business units and software vendors to resolve bugs and influence product roadmaps
- Identify system bottlenecks and implement efficiency improvements to enhance the overall user experience
- Develop and maintain comprehensive "gold-standard" documentation for troubleshooting, system architecture, and processes
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the manager
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Good knowledge of Windows OS administration, windows server administration
- Ability to work and communicate with all levels of employee and management in a supportive and analytical role
- Experience with application monitoring and performance tuning
- Experience with enterprise application support, including SQL and reporting
- Understands and applies change control procedures effectively, especially for all SOX applications
- Ability to deal with complex problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while performing duties
- Bilingual in English and Korean is a plus
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- Relevant professional experience or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited university is preferred
- Minimum of five 5 years of experience in IT and application support, preferably within banking or financial services is required

Annual pay ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location. Exact compensation may vary based on your skills and experience.
