Requirements
- MUST BE AVAILABLE EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS (Wednesday through Sunday is required!)
- At least 2 years as server, captain, or sommelier in a FINE DINING Restaurant, a plus!
- Strong Food, Wine, and Spirits knowledge
- CMS Certified/WSET 1 or greater a plus
- Open availability preferred!
- Ability to always be positive, attentive and hospitable
- A willingness to learn and grow
- Able to communicate verbally in an articulate manner.
- A valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) Card is required
- Must be at least 18 years of age (or have valid work permit)
- Must have reliable transportation to work.
Position Summary: Dining Room Servers are responsible for maintaining customer service according to Restaurant standards while providing table service, delivering food, bussing tables, cleaning and using their strong wine and beverage knowledge to upsell during service. This Associate has the knowledge of and maintains sanitary food handling practices. The Servers interact with customers in a positive manner by assisting them promptly, and approaching them in a hospitable, friendly way.
